How to Deprioritize a Package Getting Assigned to Existing Visits

This guide will walk you through the process of deprioritizing a package from being assigned to existing visits.

1. Click “Account”

Click the Schedule tab to reveal the additional options beneath it.

Click 'Account'

2. Click “Packages”

Click on the packages tab.

Click 'Packages'

3. Click the edit icon

Locate a package and click the edit icon.

Click the edit icon

4. Click “Deprioritize Package?”

Scroll down, go to advanced settings and select the Deprioritize Package checkbox. If enabled, this package will be deprioritized when applying to visits and package limit restrictions.

Click 'Deprioritize Package?'

5. Click “Save Package”

Click the save package button to save the changes made to the package.

Click 'Save Package'
