When logging a workout in the mobile app, the system automatically fills in weight values for exercises based on your most recent workout history. This feature is part of the Exercise.com Workout Logger. This guide will show you how to log a workout, view the auto-filled weights, and verify that they match your previous sessions.

1. Customize Platform

Under the “Account” section, click on the “Customize Platform” tab.

Click 'Customize Platform' tab in the left sidebar.

2. Platform Settings

Select the Platform Settings tab.

Click 'Platform Settings' tab.

3. Enable Auto-Fill Weights Based on Past Workouts

Check the box to enable “Auto-fill Weights Based on Past Workouts” for the client, and click “Save” to apply the changes.

Note: The system will pull in the most recently logged weight for each exercise only if no weight has already been prescribed by the trainer or within the plan.

Click 'Auto-fill Weights Based on Past Workouts' checkbox.

4. Log a Workout

Log in to your mobile application. From the dashboard calendar, tap a scheduled workout. Once redirected to the workout logger, notice that the exercises already have weights even though no weights were explicitly assigned.

Tap one of the exercises, and you’ll see that the weights are now auto-filled.

To verify that these weights are based on past workouts, tap “Exercise History” on the bottom bar. Once opened, you’ll see that the last logged workout for that exercise matches the value in the auto-filled weights.

By enabling the Automatic Carry Over of Weight Input feature, you save time entering weights, ensure workout consistency, and provide clients with a smoother logging experience.
