Under the “Account” section, click on the “Customize Platform” tab from the expanded menu.

Log in to your mobile app. From the dashboard calendar, tap “Log Workout” on the bottom bar. Choose the date you want to log a workout, then select a recent workout. Once you’re in the workout logger, you’ll notice that the exercises have prescribed weights set by the trainer. Tap on any exercise, and you’ll see that the weight fields are automatically filled based on your workout history. To confirm this, tap “Exercise History” at the bottom. You’ll see that the most recent logged workout for that exercise matches the auto-filled weight values.
