How to Enable “Two-Factor Authentication” on Sign-in page

This tutorial will guide you through enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your sign-in page to improve your account security.

1. Account

Click 'Account'

2. Customize Platform

Click 'Customize Platform'

3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication

In General Settings, tick the checkbox for “Require Two-Factor Authentication”. This will require two-factor authentication for everyone who signs-in the platform.

4. Save

Save changes

5. Two-Factor Authentication

When a client signs-in, an email will be sent to the containing a 6-digit code that they will need to enter in the Two-Factor Authentication screen for them to proceed successfully to the platform

You have successfully enabled Two-Factor Authentication on your sign-in page, adding an extra layer of security to your account.
