How to Manage Product Visibility Across Publishing Channels

This guide will walk you through the steps to Manage Product Visibility Across Publishing Channels.

1. Account

Navigate to the “Account” section.

2. Products

Click on the “Products” section from the expanded menu.

3. Access Products

Click on the “Products” tab.

4. Create or Edit Product

Create a new product or make changes to an existing one.

5. Variants

Select the “Variants” tab under the Product section.

6. Default Publishing Channels

Go to the Variant Defaults section and find the “Default Publishing Channels” dropdown. From there, select your preferred option.

Note: Variant Defaults Section lets you set default values that will apply to all newly created variants.

7. Product Variants

Go to the Product Variants section, and click the Edit button.

Note: The Product Variants section allows you to configure settings for each individual variant.

8. Publishing Channels

Locate the “Publishing” dropdown, select your preferred publishing option, and then click “Save Product” to apply and save your changes.

9. Confirmation of Product Type

After clicking the “Save Product” button, confirm the product type to complete the process.
