How to Prevent Clients from Rescheduling within the Late Cancellation Window
This guide will walk you through the process of preventing clients from rescheduling within the late cancellation window.
1. Click the three-dot menu
Click the three-dot menu next to the Account tab to reveal the additional tabs.

2. Click “Customize Platform”
Click the “Customize Platform” tab.

3. Click “Scheduling Settings”
Click the “Scheduling Settings” tab.

4. General Settings
Navigate to the “General Settings” section, then find the checkbox labeled “Do not allow rescheduling within the late cancellation policy window.”

5. Enable the checkbox labeled “Do not allow rescheduling within the late cancellation policy window”
Enable the checkbox labeled “Do not allow rescheduling within the late cancellation policy window.” When enabled, clients cannot reschedule appointments when they are within the late cancellation window. They can only cancel the appointment.

6. Click “Save”
Scroll down and click the “Save” button to save the changes made.
