How to Use Tap to Pay as a Payment Method in the Mobile App
This guide walks you through the steps to charge a client using the Tap to Pay payment method in the mobile app. As a trainer, you can easily select a client, choose an item to charge, and complete the transaction securely using Tap-to-Pay. Follow the steps below to process payments quickly and efficiently.
1. Trainer Login
Log in to your mobile app. From your app dashboard, tap the hamburger menu located at the top left corner of the screen.

2. Client List
From the menu, select the “Clients” tab to access the list of clients on the platform.

3. Select Client
Choose the client you want to charge and process a payment for.

4. More Options
On the clientās profile, tap the three dots menu in the upper right corner to open more options.

5. Charge Account
Select “Charge account” to continue.

6. Select Item
Choose an item from the library, such as Packages, Groups, Plans, Products, or Online Training to charge the client for.

7. Tap Bag
After selecting an item, tap the “Item in Bag” to proceed to payment.

8. Tap to Pay
On the Payment Method screen, select “Tap to Pay” as the mode of payment.

9. Review Order
After selecting your payment method, tap “Review Order” to confirm the details.

10. Charge
In the Order Summary, tap “Charge” to finalize and complete the payment process.
