How to View if a Client’s Response Was Sent via SMS

This guide will walk you through the process of viewing messages that were sent via SMS.
1. Messages
Navigate to the “Messages” tab.

2. Create or Select Message
On the Messages page, you can create a new message or search for and select an existing message thread where you want to send your message.

3. Select via SMS
Enter your message, then click the downward arrow in the lower-right corner to reveal the option to send via SMS.

4. Send Message
Click “Send” button.

5. View Message – Trainer Account
Able to view message sent via SMS using the trainer’s account.

6. View Message – Client Account
Able to view message sent via SMS using the client’s account.

You can now view the message response sent via SMS.
