Limit Booking With Option to Book Outside Billing Cycle

Within the platform, youāre able to enact certain limit booking options. Hereās how to limit booking with the option to book outside the activation/expiration date.
1. Click “Schedule”.
Click “Schedule”.

2. Click “Packages”.
Click the “Packages” tab.

3. Create or edit a package.
Create or edit a package.

4. Tick checkbox to limit booking option.
Scroll down to advanced settings and tick the āAllow Booking Outside of a Subscription Package Activation/Expiration Date Only If There Is An Active Subscription?ā checkbox.

5. Click “Save Package”.
Save the package.

This allows booking outside of the packageās activation/expiration only if it was purchased via a subscription that is still currently active. This only affects booking, not when the package can be used by a visit.
Now, you can limit booking with the option to book outside activation/expiration date!
