Within the platform, you’re able to enact certain limit booking options. Here’s how to limit booking with the option to book outside the activation/expiration date.
Click “Schedule”.
Click the “Packages” tab.
Create or edit a package.
Scroll down to advanced settings and tick the “Allow Booking Outside of a Subscription Package Activation/Expiration Date Only If There Is An Active Subscription?” checkbox.
Save the package.
This allows booking outside of the package’s activation/expiration only if it was purchased via a subscription that is still currently active. This only affects booking, not when the package can be used by a visit.
Now, you can limit booking with the option to book outside activation/expiration date!
