Within your Gym Management Software, you’re able to enact certain limit booking options.
Here’s how to limit booking with the option to book outside the activation/expiration date, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Select “Manage Packages” from the drop-down list.
Step 2: Click the edit icon next to the package.
Step 3: Check the “Allow Booking Outside of a Subscription Package Activation/Expiration Date Only If There Is An Active Subscription?” box.
Allows booking outside of the package’s activation/expiration only if it was purchased via a subscription that is still currently active. This only affects booking, not when the package can be used by a visit.
Now, you can limit booking with the option to book outside activation/expiration date!
