How do Admins manage clocking in / out for any staff member?
This guide will walk you through on how Admins can manage clocking staff members in and out.
1. Click the three dot menu
Click the three dot menu next to the Account tab to reveal additional tabs.

2. Click “Time Card”
Scroll down and click the ‘Time Card’ tab.

3. Click the three-dot menu
To clock in a staff member, click the three dots next to their name to open the clock-in modal.

4. Click “Clock In”
Click on the āClock Inā button

5. Time Clock Modal
In the Time Clock modal, select the task you are clocking the staff member in for and add any notes. Then click on the āClock Inā button.

6. Click the three-dot menu
On the āTime Clockā tab you will see a list of clocked in staff members. To clock staff out just click on the three-dot menu to open a modal.

7. Click “Clock Out”
Click the ‘Clock Out’ button.

8. Click “Clock Out”
Add any notes and click on the āClock Outā button.
