How Do I Start a Client on a Package Subscription via Automation?
Hereās how to start a client on a package subscription via automation using our gym management software.
Starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Click on the āCustomize Platformā tab on the left sidebar.
Go to Automations to set up your package automation.

2. Click on the āCreate New Automationā drop-down list.
Click the drop-down list under “Create New Automation” and select “Assign a Package” automation.

3. Select āAssign a Packageā from the Create New Automations drop-down list.
Select “Assign a Package” to proceed with the Automation setup.

4. Click on the edit icons to customize.
To customize the automation, click the edit icons.

5. Select the action that will trigger the package assignment.
More customization settings will be made available depending on the action selected.
Both Purchased Specific and Purchased Any will have the option to select a specific payment plan or any payment plan. There will also be a setting you to only assign the package after the trial period if the payment plan has one.
For Purchased Specific you will need to select the item for purchase.

6. For tag added or removed, select the tags.
Select “tag added” or “tag removed” as the trigger.

7. Select the package to be assigned.
In the ‘What?’ section, select the package you want to add.

8. If the package is charged, check the āCharge this Subscription Packageā box.
Check the “Charge this Subscription Package” box to apply subscription charges, then click “Save” to save your Package Automation.

The package will be assigned immediately. If there is a delay set in the activation then there will be a delay on when the subscription starts and is charged.
PLEASE NOTE: Only subscription packages can be charged via automations. Packages that do not have a subscription will be assigned for free.
