How do I start a client on a package subscription via an automation?

Here’s how to start a client on a package subscription via automation using our gym management software.

Starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on “Create New Automation” and select “Assign a Package” from the drop-down.

Step 2: Click on the edit icons to customize the settings.

Step 3a: Select an action that will assign the package.


More customization settings will be made available depending on the action selected.
Both Purchased Specific and Purchased Any will have the option to select a specific payment plan or any payment plan. There will also be a setting you to only assign the package after the trial period if the payment plan has one. For Purchased Specific you will need to select the item for purchase.

Step 3b: For tag added or removed, select the tags.

Step 4a: Select the package to be assigned.


After selecting the package, set the activation and expiration.
The package will be assigned immediately. If there is a delay set in the activation then there will be a delay on when the package starts.

Step 4b: If the package is charged, check the “Charge this Subscription Package” box.

Click on the “Save” button.

The package will be assigned immediately. If there is a delay set in the activation then there will be a delay on when the subscription starts and is charged.

PLEASE NOTE: Only subscription packages can be charged via automations. Packages that do not have a subscription will be assigned for free.
