How to View Product Variants in Reports?

To view product variants in reports within your fitness business management software platform, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Learn how to view product variants in your reports with this step-by-step guide. Make sure that you already have existing product purchases so that there will be a result upon checking in the reports.
1. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
2. Reports
Click the “Reports” tab from the expanded menu.
3. Product Revenue Report
On the reports page search and select the “Product Revenue” report.
4. Select Product Tag
Select the “Product Tag” filter to categorize your report by product tags. Choose a tag from the list. In this example we selected the “Physical” tag.
5. Product Revenue – Refresh Report
Click the “Refresh Report” button to display results based on the products selected.
6. View Filtered Results
After refreshing the report you are now able to view a list of “Physical” products that were purchased.
7. Itemized Sales Report
Select the “Itemized Sales” report to see detailed sales per item.
8. Item Type – Product
Click on the “Item Type” filter and select “Product” from the list. This will filter results for product sales.
9. Select a Product
Click on the “Item” filter and select a specific item to filter sales of the product.
10. Itemized Sales – Refresh Report
Refresh the report to reflect all applied filters and settings.
11. Display Itemized Sales
View the itemized sales for the selected product.
12. Charges Report
Select the “Charges” report.
13. Item Type – Product
Open the “Item Type” filter and select “Product” to categorize charges by product.
14. Charges – Refresh Report
Refresh the report to update it with the latest filters.
15. View Charges by Product
View the list of charges by product.
16. Sales By Category Report
This report summarizes revenue by category. If an item does not have a category, it will be included as its own category.
17. Item Type – Product
Open the “Item Type” filter to categorize sales by item type. Select “Product” as the item type.
18. Select Specific Item
Open the Item filter and select a specific item. In this example “Hoodie” was the selected item.
19. Product Category
Open the Product Category filter and select “Physical” from the list.
20. Sales by Category – Refresh Report
Click the “Refresh Report” button to view results based on the selected filters.
21. View Results
Able to view result for Product filter selected.
