Remove from Group after Canceled Subscription

Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to remove a client from a group after a subscription has been canceled.
This guide will walk you through the “remove from group” automation after a payment plan has been canceled.
1. Automations
Navigate to the “Automations” tab.
2. Create New Automation
Select “Add to or Remove from Group” from the “Create New Automation” drop down.
3. Edit Automation
Click on the edit icons to customize the automation.
4. Canceled a Subscription
Select “canceled a subscription” from the list of automation triggers.
5. Select Payment Plan
Select a payment plan or keep “Any or No Payment Plan”. If a specific payment plan is selected, only canceled subscriptions with the specified payment plan will trigger the removal of the client from the group.
6. Finish Editing
Finalize the editing process.
7. Select Group
Click the edit icon for group selection.
8. Remove from Group
Select the “remove from Group” option.
9. Select Group
Select the group to be removed from.
10. Save
Save the changes made to the new automation.
11. Save All
Or click on “Save All” at the bottom of the page.
12. Groups
To check if clients have been removed after canceling a subscription, access the “Groups” tab from the menu.
13. Group Options
Click on the options icon next to the group.
14. View Group
Select “View Group” from the list of options.
15. Members
Click on the “Members” tab.
16. View List
View the list of members. Clients who canceled the specified payment plan should be removed.
