How to Review Version History for Changes to Visits
In this tutorial, you will learn how to review the version history for changes to visits within the Exercise.com for Business platform. This feature helps you track and verify updates to client records over time.
1. Prepare to Review Visit History
Before starting, ensure you have access to the user accounts and visit records you want to examine.

2. Click “Accounts”
Click “Accounts” to open the accounts list where you can select a specific user.

3. Select the Client
Click on the client to access the detailed profile of this user.

4. Click “Visits”
Click “Visits” to view all recorded visits associated with the client.

5. Open Visit Options
Click the options menu for the selected visit to manage visit details.

6. Click “View Version History”
Click “View Version History” to review all changes made to this visit over time.

7. Review the Version History
Explore the version history feature, which provides an in-depth overview of updates and modifications. Each entry includes the date and time of the change, along with the account associated with the edits. The changes column offers concise descriptions, clearly delineating both the previous and current states for quick reference. If the account appears as “Unknown,” it indicates that the action was performed by the platform itself.

8. Click “Close”
Click “Close” to exit the version history view and return to the visit details.
