How do staff members review their time tracking history?
This guide will walk you through how staff members can review their time tracking history.
1. Click the three dot menu
Click the three dot menu next to the Account tab to reveal additional tabs.

2. Click “Time Card”
Scroll down and click the ‘Time Card’ tab.

3. Clock in and out from Time Card tab
If you have the āClock In and Out and View Othersā permission, you can also clock in and out using the three dot menu next to your name on the Time Card tab.

4. Click the three-dot menu
Click the three-dot menu next to the staff member’s name to open a modal.

5. Click “View Entries”
Click the ‘View Entries’ button to see the detailed records.

6. Set Filters
Apply filters by selecting the desired task and specifying the date range.

7. View Results
View filtered results for your time clock entries.

8. View āMy Time Clock Entriesā
For the permission āCan Clock In and Outā you will only see your own time clock entries. The options to filter by tasks and dates are available.
