Within our Automations, you can send messages and notifications automatically based on client activity.
Starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Access the Automations section to start configuring your message automation.

Select the “Send a Message: One Time” automation.

Click the edit icons to modify and update the trigger actions and details for the automation.

Choose the action that will initiate the “send a message” automation. You can choose minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months to set an action trigger.

Select a time interval from options including minutes, hours, days, or weeks to schedule your automation. Next, select “purchase any” as the action trigger. You can specify a particular line item, such as client training, plans, packages, groups, or products, or leave it as “anything.”

For actions such as “booked a visit,” “checked in,” and “closed a visit,” choose either a specific service or any service.

For “completed workouts,” enter the total number of workouts completed.

For “completed workout plan,” select the plan.

For “completed assessment,” select any assessment or choose a specific one.

Choose recipients for the message or notification, with or without tags.

Choose “Send to Account” or select a team member from the dropdown menu.

Choose how the client or staff member will receive the message (email, SMS, or app notification).

Enter the message you wish to send to the client or trainer when the automation activates.

Click Save to complete and activate the automation setup.

You have successfully configured an automation to send messages or notifications based on specific triggers and filters. Verify that your automation is active and test it by simulating the trigger events. By setting up message automations, you save time and ensure clients stay informed and engaged without manual follow-up.
