Here’s how to receive Text Message (SMS) alerts when someone completes an assessment, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard.
PLEASE NOTE: This feature requires setting up assessment rules! For information on Assessment rules, click here. Step-by-step instructions are below:
In the Account tab, click on the “Assessments” option in the left sidebar.
In the Assessments tab, select an existing assessment or create a new one, then click “Edit” in the Actions column.
When editing an assessment, click the “Rules” tab to set up SMS Alerts from completed assessment.
Click the “+Add Rule” to begin adding your rule.
After selecting “Send Text Message” from the drop-down list, enter your phone number and the message you want to receive. Then, click “Save Assessment” to apply the changes.
Now when someone completes your assessment, a text message (SMS) will be sent if it matches your rule settings!
