How do I set up a time-released Workout Plan for individual Clients?

Here’s how to access and set up time-released Workout Plans, starting from your “Plans” tab. Step-by-step instructions are below.

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click the “Plans” tab on your Trainer Dashboard. 

 

Step 2a: Click “Create New Plan” to create a new workout plan.

 

Step 2b: Click the “Edit Publishing Schedule” icon to edit an existing plan (pick up at Step 5).

 

Step 3: For new plans, fill out plan, and click “Save changes”.

 

Step 4: For new plans, add any additional details for the workout and click “Publish”.

 

Step 5: The “Publish Plan” module will pop up where you can assign the plan to a client and set up the time delay you want for that client.

 

Step 6: Click “Publish” to push the plan live. 

 

Now that you know how to set up a time-released workout plan, you can ensure your clients receive their plan at just the right time!
