How to Track Product Inventory Adjustments

To track product inventory within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.

This guide will walk you through how to Track Product Inventory Adjustments.

1. Account

Navigate to your “Account” section.

Access the “Reports” tab from the expanded menu.

3. Real-Time Inventory Adjustment History

Search or select the “Real-Time Inventory Adjustment History” report.

4. Search Product

On the Inventory Adjustment History, enter a specific product in the search field. It should display the searched product real time.

5. Filter by Date

Access the date range options to select specific date where the adjustment was made.

6. Filter by Location

Select the “Location” filter and select from the available list.

7. Filter by Product

Use the Product filter to search a specific product with adjustments.

8. Filter by Product Variant

Use the Product Variant filter to display only the variants with inventory adjustments.

10. Filter by Product Category

Filter by “Product Category” to view adjustments by category.

11. Filter by Adjustment Type

Select “Adjustment Type” filter to select from “Add to Stock” or “Remove from Stock” option.

12. Add to Stock

Able to filter by “Adjustment Type – Add to Stock”.

Able to filter by “Adjustment Type – Remove from Stock”.

14. Products

You also have the option to view the Inventory Adjustment History under Products. Click the “Products” tab under Account.

On the Inventory page select “Inventory History” where you can directly view Inventory Adjustment History.
