How do I update a client’s account to inactive or frozen?

Here’s how to update a client’s account to inactive or frozen, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard.
1. Click “Clients”.
Navigate to the “Clients” section to access your client database, where you can effectively manage client statuses.
2. Select the checkbox.
Check the box next to the client’s name to update their account status. Once the checkbox is selected, a prompt will appear at the bottom where you can manage the client’s account.
3. Click the “…” inside the circle.
In the prompt display below, you can click the three dots inside the circle to manage the client’s account, changing it to either Inactive or Frozen.
4. Click “Manage”.
Click the “Manage” option to update client’s account status.
5. Select “Inactive Client”.
Select “Inactive Client” to indicate that the client will no longer be active, then click the Update button to save the changes made.
6. Check the updated status.
After updating the account status, it will be reflected correctly on the client’s list page. You can also use the filters to view clients with an inactive status.
7. Click the dropdown for Lifecycle Stage.
Open the lifecycle stage dropdown to choose the appropriate status for the client, facilitating better account management.
8. Select the checkbox.
Check the box next to the client’s name to update their account status. Once the checkbox is selected, a prompt will appear at the bottom where you can manage the client’s account.
9. Click the “…” inside the circle.
In the prompt display below, you can click the three dots inside the circle to manage the client’s account, changing it to either Inactive or Frozen.
10. Click “Manage”.
Click the “Manage” option to update clients account status.
11. Click dropdown list to update Frozen status.
Choose the status you want to assign to the selected clients.
12. Click “Frozen”.
Select “Frozen” to indicate that the client is temporarily inactive, then click the Update button to save the changes.
13. Click either “Filter” or “Status”.
In the clients list page you can utilize the filters and can select Filter or Status option to view the “Frozen” accounts.
14. Select “Frozen” in the Status filter.
In the filters option, click the “Status” filter, then select “Frozen” to view accounts with a Frozen status.
15. Check the accounts with “Frozen” status.
After filtering “Frozen” status it should display all frozen accounts in the clients list page.
You can now update and view the client’s account which is inactive or frozen.
