How to Update a Client’s Active Package Subscription Pricing

With Exercise.com’s Payments platform, you can easily manage and update subscription package pricing for your clients. This guide will walk you through updating subscription package pricing for a single client.

1. Click “Accounts”.

Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ section to access your client list.

Click 'Accounts'.

2. Select a Client.

Select the specific client whose subscription you want to update.

3. Click “Payment Details”.

In the Client section, scroll down and click on “Payment Details” tab.

4. Click the Three-Dot Menu.

In the Subscription tab, locate the client’s current subscription plan and click the three-dot menu to open the options menu.

5. Click “Change Payment Plan”.

Choose the ‘Change Payment Plan’ option to initiate the update process.

6. Select the New Pricing to Apply to This Client’s Package Subscription.

Select the new pricing that you want to apply to this client’s package subscription. You can also create a custom payment plan here if you’d like.

7. Set Your Preferred Proration Behavior.

Set your preferred proration behavior for this pricing update. Choose “Do Not Prorate Charge” to update the pricing and charge the full price of the new plan. Choose “Prorate Charge” to update the pricing and apply a credit for the unused time on their previous pricing.

8. Select Your Preferred Package.

Update the package by selecting your preferred option.

9. Select the Date of Change.

10. Click “Update Payment Plan”.

Click “Update Payment Plan” to finalize your changes. You can review any charges or invoices on the client’s Payment Details view after making the switch.
