How do I view a Resource that’s assigned to me?

Your trainer has your best interest in mind when they send you resources. A simply download will help you reach your goals! 

Start at the My Stuff tab of your Dashboard:

1. After you’ve been sent a Resource, select “My Stuff” from your Dashboard. 

2. Scroll down and select “My Resources” from the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Download the Resource that has been sent to you.
