How Do I Set Up Automatic Reminders for My Clients?

Here’s how to set up automatic reminders for your clients within your Gym Management Software.

Starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

1. Click on the “Automations” tab on the left sidebar.

Go to Automations to set up your automation with automatic reminders.

Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the “Create New Automation” drop-down list.

Click the drop-down list under “Create New Automation” and select “Send a Message or Report: Recurring” automation.

Click on the “Create New Automation” drop-down list.

3. Click on “Create New Automation” and select “Send a Message or Report: Recurring” from the drop-down.

Select “Send a Message or Report: Recurring” to proceed with the Automation setup.

Click on “Create New Automation” and select 'Send a Message or Report: Recurring' from the drop-down.

4. Click on the edit icons to customize the settings.

To customize the automation, click the edit icons.

5. Click on the edit icon next to “When?” to customize the settings.

You can choose the number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months before the event, as well as the exact time. Then, click the “Done Editing” to continue.

6. Click on the edit icon next to “Why?” to customize the settings.

You can select “Custom Message” and click the “Done Editing”, or choose “Custom Reminder” to further customize the settings. With “Custom Reminder,” you can specify how many workout(s), measurement(s), assigned assessment(s), or progress photo(s) have not been completed within the defined time frames. Then, click the “Done Editing” to continue.

Click on the edit icon next to “Why?” to customize the settings.

7. Click on the edit icon next to “Who?” and customize the settings.

You can select clients based on tags or without using tags. Additionally, you have the option to filter clients by a specific location or group.

8. Click the edit icon next to “How?” and customize the settings.

You can choose to send an email, in-app notification, or text message. Click the “done editing” to continue.

9. Click on the edit icon next to “Message” and type your custom message.

After setting up your automation, you may also choose to add a custom message. Then, click “done editing”, followed by the “Save All” button.

Click on the edit icon next to “Message” and type your custom message.

Now, you can set up automatic reminders for your clients!
