How Do I Set Up Automatic Reminders for My Clients?
Hereâs how to set up automatic reminders for your clients within your Gym Management Software.
Starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
1. Click on the âAutomationsâ tab on the left sidebar.
Go to Automations to set up your automation with automatic reminders.

2. Click on the âCreate New Automationâ drop-down list.
Click the drop-down list under “Create New Automation” and select “Send a Message or Report: Recurring” automation.

3. Click on âCreate New Automationâ and select “Send a Message or Report: Recurring” from the drop-down.
Select “Send a Message or Report: Recurring” to proceed with the Automation setup.

4. Click on the edit icons to customize the settings.
To customize the automation, click the edit icons.

5. Click on the edit icon next to âWhen?â to customize the settings.
You can choose the number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months before the event, as well as the exact time. Then, click the âDone Editingâ to continue.

6. Click on the edit icon next to âWhy?â to customize the settings.
You can select âCustom Messageâ and click the âDone Editingâ, or choose âCustom Reminderâ to further customize the settings. With âCustom Reminder,â you can specify how many workout(s), measurement(s), assigned assessment(s), or progress photo(s) have not been completed within the defined time frames. Then, click the âDone Editingâ to continue.

7. Click on the edit icon next to âWho?â and customize the settings.
You can select clients based on tags or without using tags. Additionally, you have the option to filter clients by a specific location or group.

8. Click the edit icon next to âHow?â and customize the settings.
You can choose to send an email, in-app notification, or text message. Click the âdone editingâ to continue.

9. Click on the edit icon next to âMessageâ and type your custom message.
After setting up your automation, you may also choose to add a custom message. Then, click âdone editingâ, followed by the âSave Allâ button.

Now, you can set up automatic reminders for your clients!
