Need a relaxing routine - but without getting put to sleep? Try these fun yet relaxing yoga poses!
This yoga routine will still calm your body while draining your stress away! But you don't have to sit stock-still the entire time - which makes these moves all the more fun!
Don't forget the yoga mat while you do these poses!
Step 1
Bend your right knee and take your right hand around your ankle or foot.

Step 2
Lift your left arm straight up and begin to tilt your upper body forward in space as your right leg and arm reach behind you to create a balance.

Step 3
Keep your head level and Breathe deeply.

Bend your knees and bring your legs together in parallel.

Step 2
Lengthen your legs away from your body and lift your arms parallel to the ground.

Hold yourself in V shape, balancing on your sitting bones.

Bend both knees and take your hands around the pinky toe sides of both feet with your knees just on the outside of your arms.

Step 2
Relax your head, shoulders, and hips onto the ground while drawing your knees down and keeping the soles of your feet facing the ceiling.

Step 3
Lengthen through the spine and deepen the flexion in the hips by bending your elbows.
