For Arms

One of the best fat burning arm exercises employs dumbbells. Pick up one dumbbell in each and stand up straight with feet spread shoulder width apart. Turn your palms toward your body and lift the dumbbells up in front of you until your arms are fully extended above your head. Curl back down to starting position. This is a variation of a bicep curl and is excellent for working the muscles in your upper arms. 

For Legs

Your upper legs typically host more fat the than your calves, so it’s important to burn the fat off of these places. Squats are a great way to do just that. You can perform regular squats without weights, or you can hold a barbell on top of your shoulders with both hands as you squat up and down. This will also work your glutes. 

For Abs

Ab crunches are probably the most popular abdominal exercise. However, there’s many ways you can crunch these muscles, some of which burn more fat than others. You can start simply with sit-ups and work your way toward ab crunches on a weight machine or on top of a Swiss ball. Augment your Swiss ball ab crunches by holding a medicine ball or other hand weight while you crunch.

For Back

You can get rid of back fat rolls by doing some back extensions. Using a back extension station, you can position your legs beneath the leg roller pads and stretch out on the bench, stomach down. Raise your upper body and lower it down again using your lower muscles instead of your arms and shoulders. This will challenge the muscles you don’t often use.

For Your Whole Body

One of the best ways to burn fat is cardio workouts on a treadmill or elliptical trainer. Cardio will work many parts of your body all at once and help you burn hundreds of calories at a time.
