Modified Push Up

Step 1

Modified Push Up - Step 1

With palms facing down, sit up on your knees and hands so that your arms are fully extended and shoulder width apart, your knees and feet are on the floor.

Step 2

Modified Push Up - Step 1

Make one line from your knees to your head.

 

 

 

Step 3

Modified Push Up - Step 1

Bend your elbows and lower your upper body to the floor. Repeat for the desired number of reps.

Sit with your legs extended in front of you and your feet together, pointing toward the ceiling.

 

Step 2

Seated Chest  Expansion with Band - Step 1

Position the middle of the band around your feet and hold both handles. Stretch the band behind you keeping your arms extended.

Step 3

Seated Chest  Expansion with Band - Step 1

Pull your ribs in, pause, then release the band slowly back toward your feet.

Sit with your legs bent and the middle of the band positioned beneath your feet.

 

Step 2

Holding the handles of the band, roll back slightly, tightening your abs and balancing on your seat.

 

Step 3

Isometric Curl with T  Arms - Step 1

Extend your arms out on each side of you to form a ï¾Tï¾ with your upper torso. Bring your arms back in and repeat.
