Yoga Poses That Use Your Whole Body

Challenging yoga moves to master for total body integration...

One of the challenges of yoga is getting into and holding poses that require total body integration. In addition to muscle strength these challenging moves also require balance, flexibility, and concentration.

These are advanced poses not intended for beginners. If you're interested in taking your practice to the next level consider choose one pose to master.

Work on getting into and out of the pose with mindfullness - this is an important part of the strengthening benefits and prevents injury!

Working out on a yoga mat will help with balance by giving your toes a sticky surface to grip.
